Individual Counseling
Are you feeling stuck? Do you want to understand your strong emotional reactions, conflicts, worries? You can learn better ways of coping with these in counseling. You may be tired of feeling like you don’t deserve good things to happen to you. Learn how to calm your self-critical voice.
Couples Counseling
Are you tired of having the same argument over and over again? Problems eventually happen in every relationship. If you can see how your struggles are not a sign of a failed relationship, but rather a sign that you need to learn new skills for real closeness. Couples counseling is about the willingness to learn to stay open to yourself and your partner.
Career Transition
Do you need to find your next phase in your career? Many individuals in midlife ponder the next chapter in their career. They need to decide how to maintain their current position until retirement or perhaps start their own business. Navigating these uncharted waters can seem overwhelming. Individuals benefit from guidance, you don’t have to do this alone.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#12734)
Seasoned therapist cuts to the chase
Nothing effects us as much as our relationships with others. I specialize in helping people handle relationship issues in their personal life with their spouse/partner, family member or adult child. I also assist with relationship issues people have in the workplace.
Bringing to the table experience and sharpened skills as a marriage and family therapist of 30 years, I like to cut to the chase and focus on what truly matters to you.
Counseling that brings solutions and relief
With my pragmatic approach you can expect the therapy focus to be on what you need and utilizing solutions to get you there soon. I provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere and offer a personalized approach tailored to each of your unique needs, always with emphasis on your core strengths.
Realizing your time is valuable, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), a time-limited, goal-oriented therapy which includes homework to reinforce what we discussed in the therapy session. One goal is to provide you with new practical tools for use in your daily life towards the positive changes you seek.
